Compressor Oils
HABOTEC Food Grade Compressor Oils are derived from plant sugar, which are converted to pure hydrocarbon molecules through an advanced industrial biotechnology platform. These oils are renewable and biodegradable.
Recommended applications include rotary screw, vane, turbine and reciprocating air Compressors. Suitable for some process gas compressors.

Hydraulic Fluid
Use with hydraulic systems including gear, piston and vane type pumps. Circulatory systems and for machine tool lubrication. General purpose lubrication. Plain and anti-frictional bearings.
Grease
HABOTEC FG 2 Grease has been formulated with raw materials included in positive lists of FDA, and can be used wherever the lubricant may be in incidentaltal contact with food.
Use in equipment in refrigerating units, chains in food grade plants, packing and filling industry, bearings in fish and meat industry, bearings in food industry.
Gear Oil
Designed for use in enclosed gearboxes. All enclosed spiral, bevel, hypoid, herringbone and worm gear units. Bushes, cams and sliding surfaces.
Chain Oil
HABOTEC Chain Oil FG 320 is a fully synthetic lubricant composed of the most advanced solid components which provides excellent lubrication up to 650ºC. The synthetic additives evaporate between 250ºC and 300ºC, giving the material A dry film which supports temperatures up to 650ºC. This product maintains extra elasto - hydrodynamic lubrication up to 200ºC; mixed film lubrication between 200ºC and 300ºC and dry film lubrication from 300ºC to above 600ºC.
The product can be applied in the chains even if the machine is working. Compared to graphite products, for this one it is not needed to stop the oven to lubricate.
